Payment will only be accepted via cash or card. Card payments will be charged a $3 Service Fee.

A $30 non-refundable retainer is required for all services. An invoice will be sent to the contact information on file.

The retainer is included in the total price.

If you reschedule outside of the allowed time, a new retainer will be required.

Things happen! You are permitted a ten minute grace period.

After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged a $15 late fee.

Reschedule requests must be made no less than 48 hours in advance to maintain your deposit.

You may cancel or reschedule at no additional charge up to 48 hours prior.

A 50% charge will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours.

A 100% charge will be issued for no call/no shows, and you will not be allowed to re-book.
